633.633 Provisions applicable to all fiduciaries shall govern. The provisions of this probate code applicable to all fiduciaries shall govern the appointment, qualification, oath and bond of guardians and conservators, except that aguardian shall not be required to give bond unless the court, for good cause, finds that thebest interests of the ward require a bond. The court shall then fix the terms and conditionsof such bond.
