633.70 Property delivered — penalty. Upon the removal of any fiduciary, the fiduciary shall be required by order of the court to deliver to the person who may be entitled thereto all the property in the fiduciary’s hands orunder the fiduciary’s control belonging to the estate, and if the fiduciary fails or refuses tocomply with any proper order of the court, the fiduciary may be committed to the jail of thecounty until the fiduciary does.
