633.94 Platting. When it is for the best interests of the estate in order to dispose of real property, the court may, upon application by the fiduciary, or any other interested person, after notice and upongood cause shown, authorize the fiduciary, either alone or together with other owners, to platany land belonging to the estate in accordance with the statutes in regard to platting. Thecourt may authorize the fiduciary to execute any instruments which may be required of thetitleholder or proprietor in connection with the platting of such land.
