636.21 Commissioner as process agent. It shall be the duty of the commissioner of insurance, upon service being made upon the commissioner, to immediately mail a copy of the notice to the company at the company’sprincipal place of business, and any notice so served shall be deemed to be good and sufficientservice on any such company.
