636.25 Existing investments. Any fiduciary not governed by the probate code may by and with the consent of the court having jurisdiction over such fiduciary or under permission of the instrument creating thetrust, continue to hold any investment originally received by the fiduciary under the trustor any increase thereof. Such fiduciary may also make investments which the fiduciarymay deem necessary to protect and safeguard investments already made according to theprovisions of this section and sections 636.23 and 636.24.
