639.19 Property attached. The sheriff shall in all cases attach the amount of property directed, if sufficient, not exempt from execution, is found in the sheriff’s county, giving that in which the defendant has a legaland unquestionable title a preference over that in which the defendant’s title is doubtful oronly equitable.
