650.12 Exceptions — hearing in court. Within twenty days after such report is filed, any party interested may file exceptions thereto and the court shall hear and determine them, hearing evidence in addition to thatreported by the commission, if necessary, and may approve or modify such report, or againrefer the matter to the same or another commission for further report.
