651.13 Abstract, plats, and surveys. The court may order the filing of a complete abstract covering real property involved in a partition action. The court may order a party to the partition action to produce any abstractin the party’s possession or control. The court may order a plaintiff to obtain an abstract if acomplete abstract is unavailable. The expense for such abstract shall be taxed as costs. Theabstract shall be available to the court or any party to the partition action during the partitionproceedings.
