654.2C Mediation notice — foreclosure on agricultural property. A person shall not initiate a proceeding under this chapter to foreclose a deed of trust or mortgage on agricultural property, as defined in section 654A.1, which is subject to chapter654A and which is subject to a debt of twenty thousand dollars or more under the deed of trustor mortgage unless the person receives a mediation release under section 654A.11, or unlessthe court determines after notice and hearing that the time delay required for the mediationwould cause the person to suffer irreparable harm.
