657.3 Penalty — abatement. A person who is convicted of erecting, causing, or continuing a public or common nuisance as provided in this chapter, or at common law when the common law has not been modifiedor repealed by statute, if no other punishment for the offense is specially provided, shall beguilty of an aggravated misdemeanor. The court may order the nuisance abated and issue awarrant as provided in this chapter.
