661.13 Peremptory order. When the plaintiff recovers judgment, the court may include therein a peremptory order of mandamus directed to the defendant, commanding the defendant forthwith to perform theduty to be enforced, together with a money judgment for damages and costs, upon which anordinary execution may issue.
