668.9 Insurance practice. It shall be an unfair trade practice, as defined in chapter 507B, if an insurer assigns a percentage of fault to a claimant, for the purpose of reducing a settlement, when there existsno reasonable evidence upon which the assigned percentage of fault could be based.
