674.13 Further change barred. A person shall not change the person’s name more than once under this chapter unless just cause is shown. However, in a decree dissolving a person’s marriage, the person’s name maybe changed back to the name appearing on the person’s original birth certificate or to a legalname previously acquired in a former marriage.
