679B.18 Third member of board. The parties to the dispute and the members of the board so appointed shall, within five days of the appointment, recommend to the judge the name of an additional person who is willingand ready to act as the third member of the board. The person recommended shall meetthe qualifications provided in section 679B.16. If the recommendation is not made within theperiod, or if the person recommended refuses or fails to act, the judge shall as soon thereafteras possible appoint a qualified person to act as the third member of the board.
