681.19 Examination of debtor. The court may, upon application of the assignee or any creditor, compel the appearance in person of the debtor before such court or forthwith to answer under oath such matters asmay be inquired of the debtor, and such debtor may be fully examined under oath as to theamount and situation of the debtor’s estate, and the names of the creditors and amounts dueto each, with their places of residence, and may be compelled to deliver to the assignee anyproperty or estate embraced in the assignment.
