692A.115 Employment where dependent adults reside. 1. Unless authorized as provided in subsection 2, a sex offender shall not be an employee of a facility providing services for dependent adults or at events where dependent adultsparticipate in programming and shall not loiter on the premises or grounds of a facility or atan event providing such services or programming. 2.
