715A.1 Definitions. As used in this chapter:1. 'Credit card' means a writing purporting to evidence an undertaking to pay for property or services delivered or rendered to or upon the order of a designated person or bearer andincludes a debit card or access device used to engage in an electronic transfer of funds througha satellite terminal as defined in section 527.2, subsection 20. 2. 'Drug or alcohol test' includes a drug or alcohol test given in a private-sector workplace pursuant to section 730.5 and a drug or alcohol test given by a public employer. 3. 'Public employer' means the state, its boards, commissions, agencies, and departments, and its political subdivisions including school districts and other specialpurpose districts. 4. 'Synthetic urine' means any substance that is designed to simulate the composition, chemical properties, physical appearance, or physical properties of human urine for thepurpose of defrauding a drug or alcohol test. 5. 'Urine additive' means any substance that is designed to be added to human urine for the purpose of defrauding a drug or alcohol test. 6. urine for thepurpose of defrauding a drug or alcohol test. 5.
