724.1C Short-barreled rifle or short-barreled shotgun — penalty. 1. For purposes of this section, 'short-barreled rifle' or 'short-barreled shotgun' means the same as defined in 18 U.S.C. §921. 2. A person shall not knowingly possess a short-barreled rifle or short-barreled shotgun in violation of federal law. 3.
