726.6A Multiple acts of child endangerment — penalty. A person who engages in a course of conduct including three or more acts of child endangerment as defined in section 726.6 within a period of twelve months involving thesame child or a minor with a mental or physical disability, where one or more of the actsresults in serious injury to the child or minor or results in a skeletal injury to a child under theage of four years, is guilty of a class 'B' felony.
