809.12A Appeals. An appeal from a denial of an application for the return of seized property or from an order for the return of seized property shall be made within thirty days after the entry of a judgmentorder. The appellant, other than the state, shall post a bond of a reasonable amount as thecourt may fix and approve, conditioned to pay all costs of the proceedings if the appellantis unsuccessful on appeal.
