810.7 Issuance of order. Upon a showing that the required grounds exist, the court shall issue an order directing the person named or described in the application to appear at a designated time and placefor nontestimonial identification procedures. The order shall be maintained by the clerk ofthe district court along with the application and the affidavits in support of the application ina confidential file until a charge is filed, at which time the order, application, and affidavitsin support of the application shall become public records unless the court upon an in camerahearing orders that they be kept confidential.
