814.10 Indigent’s application for transcript in other cases. If a defendant in a criminal cause has been granted discretionary review from an action of the district court and the appellate court deems a transcript or portions thereof arenecessary to proper review of the question or questions raised, the district court shall orderthe transcript to be made if the defendant is determined to be indigent.
