901D.10 Report and repeal. 1. The department, in consultation with the judicial branch, shall by December 1, 2023, submit a report to the general assembly detailing the effectiveness of the programestablished pursuant to this chapter and shall make recommendations concerning thecontinued implementation of the program or the elimination of the program. 2.
