901D.8 Collection, distribution, and use of fees. 1. The law enforcement agency of a participating jurisdiction shall do all of the following:a. Establish and maintain a sobriety program account.b. Collect the participant, enrollment, and testing fees established pursuant to section 901D.4 and deposit the fees and any other funds received for the program into the sobrietyprogram account for administration of the program. 2. A participant shall pay all fees directly to the law enforcement agency of the participating jurisdiction. 3. a. The law enforcement agency shall distribute a portion of the fees to any participating third-party designee in accordance with the agreement between the agency and thethird-party designee. b.
