904.106 Meetings — expenses. The board shall meet at least quarterly throughout the year. Special meetings may be called by the chairperson or upon written request of any three members of the board.The chairperson shall preside at all meetings or in the chairperson’s absence, the vicechairperson shall preside. The members of the board shall be paid their actual expenseswhile attending the meetings.
