904.117 Interstate compact fund. An interstate compact fund is established under the control of the department. All interstate compact fees collected by the department pursuant to section 907B.4 shall be deposited intothe fund and the moneys shall be used by the department to offset the costs of complyingwith the interstate compact for adult offender supervision in chapter 907B. Notwithstandingsection 8.33, moneys remaining in the fund at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to thegeneral fund of the state.
