904.118A Central warehouse fund. The department shall establish a fund for maintaining and operating a central warehouse and supply depot and distribution facility for surplus government products, canned goods,paper products, other staples, and for such other items as determined by the department.A department or agency of the state or a political subdivision of this state may purchasesuch products, goods, staples, or other items from the central warehouse and supplydepot. The fund shall be permanent and shall be composed of the receipts from the salesof merchandise and the recovery of handling, operating, and delivery charges for suchmerchandise. Notwithstanding section 8.33, moneys credited to the fund shall not revert toany other fund.
