904.308 Cooperation. The department and the director shall cooperate with any department or agency of the state government in any manner, including the exchange of employees, calculated to improveadministration of the affairs of the institutions. Joint use of facilities by the department andanother public agency as defined in section 28E.2 shall be only according to an agreemententered into under chapter 28E. All joint campuses shall have one superintendent and onebusiness manager who shall be employed by the department with supervisory responsibilityfor the majority of the facility’s population.
