Members of the executive council, the attorney general, the lieutenant governor, members of the general assembly, judges of the supreme and district court and court of appeals, judicialmagistrates, county attorneys and persons ordained or designated as regular leaders of areligious community are authorized to visit all institutions under the control of the Iowadepartment of corrections at reasonable times.
