100.181 Assigning other agency functions to commission. The legislative body or mayor of the city and the fiscal court or county judge/executive of the county may assign to the planning commission of the planning unit of which it is a member, or to an area planning commission if in existence, any powers, duties and functions relating to urban renewal, public housing, or community development.
