108.080 Definitions for KRS 108.090 to 108.180. As used in KRS 108.090 to 108.180 unless the context requires otherwise: (1) 'District' means emergency ambulance service district; (2) 'Board' means the board of directors of the emergency ambulance service district; (3) 'County' means the incorporated and unincorporated areas thereof; (4) 'City' means an incorporated city of any class.
