117.0865 Prohibition against influencing voter completing an absentee ballot or a federal provisional absentee ballot -- Penalty. Any person who aids another in completing an absentee ballot or a federal provisional absentee ballot shall not solicit or encourage that person to vote for or against any candidate, party, or issue.
