119.0 35 Alteration, suppression, mutilation, or destruction of registration record -- Making or using false or fraudulent record. Any person who fraudulently or unlawfully alters any registration record, or fraudulently adds any name thereto, or willfully sec retes, suppresses, mutilates or destroys any registration record, or makes or uses any false or fraudulent registration record, and any person who aids or abets in the commission of such act, shall be subject to the penalties prescribed for Class D felonie s.
