119.045 Interfering with registration. Any person who attempts to or forcibly prevents any person from registering, or in any way unlawfully interferes with any person registering, or prevents or interferes with a clerk or registration officer in carrying out his duties with relation to the reg istration of voters, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
