119.095 Printer's violation of duty in printing ballots. Any printer of ballots, or person employed in printing ballots, who prints or permits to be printed any ballot in any other form than the one prescribed by law, or with any name or device placed, spelled or arranged thereon other than as authorized and dir ected by the county clerk, or who gives or delivers, or knowingly permits to be taken, any ballot by any person other than the county clerk for whom the ballots are being printed, shall be guilty of a Class C felony.
