119.145 Election officer's refusal to admit challenger. Any election officer who refuses to permit any challenger of any political party having a ticket to be voted for at an election, who has been duly appointed and presents a duly attested certificate of appointment, to perform his duties as challenger, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).
