12.050 Deputy heads of departments and directors of divisions and institutions. Unless otherwise provided by law, deputy heads of departments, and directors of divisions and institutions shall be appointed by the heads of the departments and in statutory departments the appointment of deputy heads of departments, and heads of division s shall be with the prior written approval of the Governor.
