The following organizational units and administrative bodies shall be governed by their respective substantive chapters as set out below: (1) Board of Directors for the Center for School Safety under KRS Chapter 158; (2) Council on Postsecondary Education under KRS Chapter 164; (3) Department of Education under KRS Chapters 156, 157, 158, 161, 163, and 167; (4) Education Professional Standards Board under KRS Chapter 161; (5) Kentucky Board of Education under KRS Chapters 156 and 157; (6) Kentucky Commissio n on Deaf and Hard of Hearing under KRS Chapter 163; and (7) Kentucky Educational Television under KRS Chapter 168.
