131.135 Annual report by employers on workers' compensation coverage. (1) Each employer subject to KRS Chapter 342 shall file annually with the Department of Revenue, in accordance with administrative regulations, a report providing the policy number and the name and address of the employer's workers' compensation insurance carr ier. (2) The report may be made available to other state agencies notwithstanding the confidentiality provisions of KRS 131.190. Effective: June 20, 2005 History: Amended 2005 Ky.
