148.310 Provisions of KRS Chapter 137 and KRS 92.280 not to apply. None of the provisions of KRS Chapter 137 and none of the provisions of KRS 92.280(2) shall apply to any operations on State Horse Park grounds wherein the commission shares in the receipts and proceeds of such operations.
