15.394 Declaratory judgment action if agency job task analysis deemed invalid. (1) If the council believes an agency's job task analysis to be insufficient or erroneous, the council shall file a declaratory action in Franklin Circuit Court to declare the job task analysis invalid. (2) Until the job task analysis has been declared invalid and all appeals have been exhausted, the council shall accept the agency's job task analysis.
