15.402 Additional requirements by employing agency. No provisions of KRS 15.380 to 15.404 shall preclude an appointing or employing agency from having requirements that are in excess of or in addition to any requirements specified by KRS 15.380 to 15.404 or an administrative regulation promulgated under KRS 15.380 to 15.404.
