15.45 5 Certification of program cost projections to Finance and Administration Cabinet. Upon receipt of a written request by the Finance and Administration Cabinet for cost projections of the Law Enforcement Foundation Program fund as prescribed in KRS 42.190 , the administrator of the fund shall, within twenty -one (21) calendar days, certify in writing said projections to the Finance and Administration Cabinet.
