15.708 Authority of Prosecutors Advisory Council to apply for and receive funds. The Prosecutors Advisory Council may apply for and receive funds, public or private, for the purpose of assisting Commonwealth's and county attorneys in providing crime victim assistance or in criminal prosecution.
