15.728 Notification to Office of Charitable Gaming of investigation or prosecution of violation of charitable gaming laws. (Effective July 1, 2025) All law enforcement agencies and investigative bodies shall notify the Office of Charitable Gaming of any investigation or prosecution of any violation of the charitable gaming laws as soon as reasonably possible after commencing the investigation or prosecution and shall coordinate any investigation with the office.
