15.870 Release of data to government agencies. (Effective July 1, 2025) Nothing in KRS 15.800 to 15.876 shall be construed to prevent the release by the Office of the Attorney General of wage and financial institution information data to the U nited States Social Security Administration or the agencies of other states who administer federally funded welfare and unemployment compensation programs.
