150.365 Fire, explosives, electric devices, gas, smoke to take wildlife prohibited. No wildlife may be taken as the result of a fire, or any type of explosive, or with the aid of any mechanical, electric or hand operated sonic recording devices, except as specified by regulation. No person shall use smoke or gas or in any other way moles t or destroy the den, hole or nest of any wildlife, nor shall any person burn a field for the purpose of driving game, except employees or agents of the department in carrying out investigational, research or improvement projects.
