150.700 Destroying private fish pond -- Treble damages. Any person who breaks or cuts down, cuts out or destroys any head or dam of any pool, pond, moat, slew, stagnet or pit wherein fish are or will be put or stored by the owner or person in possession, shall, in addition to any other penalty, pay the party ag grieved treble the damages sustained.
