151B.320 Disclosure requirement on sale or lease of returned assistive device. No assistive device returned by a consumer or assistive device lessor in this state or returned in another state as a result of a nonconformity to a warranty may be sold or leased in this state unless full disclosure of the reason for return is made to a p rospective buyer or lessee.
