154.28 -130 Costs of remediation of property as eligible costs. Costs incurred by an applicant in remediating a property in accordance with KRS 224.1 - 510 to 224.1 -532 shall be considered eligible costs for the purposes of KRS 154.28 -010 to 154.28 -100.
